We definitely enjoyed our “Brunchcation”, and enjoyed the whole afternoon at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok for a great breath of fresh air, pleasing garden views and a fantastic gourmet time.
The buffet spread embraces a wide selection of salads and appetizers, including cold smoked salmon served with cream cheese, capers, pickled onion, lemon and dill; tuna carpaccio served with radish, shallots, pomegranate, orange vinaigrette and beetroot hummus; smoked mackerel and Haddock.

Flourish Restaurant features sumptuous dishes with five cooking stations serving up cooked to order steaks, pastas, pizzas, a carving stations with roasts, Pata negra ham.
A massive seafood ice carved bar features with river prawns, fresh mussels, razor clams, scallops, lobsters, imported oysters (4 types), Alaska King crab which will please every discerning palate and appetite.
Thai corner are also available with your fav soft shell crab tempura, fried rice and curries.

The brunch includes a selection of pass-around main-course dishes, served at your table, to supplement the choices on the menu: Slow Angus Beef, grilled langoustines, Seared Hokkaido scallops or truffled scrambled eggs to name a few. The cheese and charcuterie selections include a cheese platter with over 13 types of European cheeses…Fourme, Savarin, Saint Nectaire or Truffle Brie for connoisseurs. The cold cuts platter includes pata negra and balck forest Ham, Coppa, duck terrine, Speck, Pictacchio Mortadella, fois gras terrine and all condiments. We’d like to emphasize the great bread quality (sour dough, baguette and Rye loaf are among our favorites)
While the restaurant has recently opened in late 2020 and just launched its Saturday Brunch offer, some additional changes are to be made to enhance further the Brunch and attract more locals looking for an enjoyable afternoon in the comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant among Bangkok’s green corridor”.
