Located next to one of Bangkok’s oldest seafood markets at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, Brasserie Palmier emphasises fish and seafood with lighter preparations to suit the tropical weather of Bangkok, while still retaining the simplicity and classics. It is a world dedicated to the pleasure of the taste buds with many ways to give in to temptation.

Designed by AvroKo, Brasserie Palmier draws inspiration from the French tropics. Lush tropical greenery and potted plants blend seamlessly with hints of colonial design and layered modernism, evoking an inviting atmosphere. Overall very stylish but unpretentious place.

Led by head Chef of Brasserie Palmier Nicolas Raynal who has a big passion to share with you a real great experience of French cuisine, staying true to classics at affordable prices yet in an impressive decor and settings.

Here fish and seafood took a larger focus, sauces became lighter, and tropical ingredients were incorporated. Menus special’s are changing according to seasons and availability.

A live oyster and wine bar take centre stage at the restaurant, allowing diners to choose from a variety of fresh oysters and an approachable selection of French wines.  The seafood towers, daily le plat du jour, and of course savoury and sweet palmiers, served in an environment ideal for sociable dining. A great oyster selection for tasing plates…Boudeuse, special gillardeau, the fine the claires of Marennes Oléron.  Juicy with a balanced taste, great platter as sharing starter…
