FinTech 2021: Payment Central Group – The CenPay Service
Working with major partners such as MPay and True Money, facilitates more than 200 types of bill payments, such as utilities, water, electricity, monthly phone bills, insurance, internet bills. Credit card bill Airfare, etc., as well as top-up service for all mobile phone networks, top up online games, including adding money to electronic wallets via cashier counters at service points marked with CenPay.
Cenpay is easy and convenient for accepting the bill payments. Mr Pichai hopes to become a top-three bill payment operator in the next three to four years and acquire a significant share of the bill payment business, which is expected to generate more than 100 billion baht in transactions.
All these services can be done through cashiers with a CenPay logo, which can be found at 1,659 cashier desks of retail outlets under the umbrella of Central Group, including the FamilyMart convenience store chain, Central Food Hall and Tops Supermarkets.
CenPay is also available at Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, B2S, OfficeMate, Thai Watsadu, HomeWorks and Power Buy.
Marketing Budget: Montri Sithiyavanich, executive vice-president of Harng Central
Department Store Ltd, said about 20 million baht has been set aside for marketing to promote the CenPay service this year and another 30 million is planned for next year.
