Thailand’s Caviar Masterclass – Upcoming Event

Save the date for a unique and informative Caviar Masterclass titled “The Mystery & Myths of Caviar”, organized by Thai Sturgeon Farm Co., Ltd. and Caviar House Co., Ltd. The event will take place on Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Lecture Hall of The Campus, situated on the lower lobby of the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok hotel (BTS station: Chidlom).

Dr. Alexey Tyutin, Co-Founder of Thai Sturgeon Farm, will lead the Caviar Masterclass in English. During the session, you can discover the reasons why caviar has been considered a prized delicacy throughout history by Tsars, Emperors, and Kings.

Furthermore, you can learn about the exceptional health benefits associated with caviar consumption. By using your senses of sight, smell, and taste, you can also become a caviar connoisseur and differentiate between the various types of caviar.
