Wagyu Beef French Toast – Thai Wagyu Beef Short Rib Mb8 / Egg Yolk Creme / Black Truffle Mayonnaise / Brioche. Torch- burned bread with a melting wagyu meat blended with black truffle mayonnaise. A great and tasty appetizer to share!
Swiss Breakfast Roesti – Crispy Smoked Bacon / Maple & Bacon Sausage / Emmental Cheese / Fried Egg. A special Swiss touch from the Chef…perfectly executed and a must have item for this type of brunch. A national dish in Switzerland, Rösti is yet simple, buttery crispy crusted potato pancake with an appetizing golden color, served with grilled tomato, eggs and grilled bacon.
Carbonara Ravioli With Truffle Foam – Potato Espuma / Pecorino Romano / Springonion / Onsen Egg / Smoked Bacon. Savory Ravioli filled with delicious creamy cheese and topped with a very aromatic and flavorfull truffle foam.

Kurobuta Pork Tomahawk – Soy-Honey Glaze / Spinach&Black Olives Gnocchi / Butternut / Mustard Sauce. Here’s a stunning variation of other popular Kurobuta pork chops. The bone has been left intact to add drama and pork shop glazed perfectly. The Kurobuta pork tomahawk shares the same attributes of our other chops with a rich crimson in color meat, finely marbled, exceptionally juicy and packed with flavors. We loved the sauce and gnocchi ! soft, chewy, and incredibly tasty paired with a mustard sauce to liven up the flavors of the gnocchi. Great main course!
